It all started in February of 2008 when I decided to knit the “Which Came First?” pattern by Anna of Mochimochi Land in Craft: Volume 6. I knit all the bits and chuckled when I got to the part about “Knit the chicken parts.” Little did I know, when I finished the last bit, the legs, that they would make me laugh so much that I couldn’t finish the project because I didn’t want to give up the legs and sew them on the chicken!
I’ve been reading the Knitted Furmiliation Forum in Ravelry and have been sticking all sorts of knitting on the cats but the legs really made me laugh. So here we are, I have no idea where this blog is going but we’ll have fun on the ride.

I have to tell you, I had the same reaction to these legs. I knit the legs and just can’t bring myself to put them on the chicken. They are so cute! Everyone I show them to wants a pair of their own. I’m glad I am not the only one with the same problem! Keep up the great pics!
